What is a Raicho7 ?

Raicho, which means Thunderbird, is a special natural monument of the country and the prefectural bird of Gifu Prefecture. The Raicho series is a flagship model that Musica, which was founded in 2002, has been developing since 2010, and the current model is the seventh generation. The 30 cm wide casing consists of granite upper and lower plates connected by a metal keel. It is resistant to vibration and the sound quality will not deteriorate even if stacked. There are no visible screws on the front, top or sides.

Top panel: Natural stone(pre & Power amplifier)

Top panel is natural stone "Star Galaxy" (made in India Andhra Pradesh). It is magma solidified deep underground, and the deep black color is studded with golden particles called gold spots. Star Galaxy is a dense, hard, heavy, and extremely expensive stone. The Raicho7 series uses Star Galaxy for both the top and bottom plates. It is resistant to external vibrations, and the sound quality will not deteriorate even if you use the Raicho7 series on top of each other.

High resolution audio(pre & Power amplifier)

In recent years, high resolution audio has become popular. High resolution audio is only effective in an environment where the sound source, amplifier circuit, and speakers are all optimized. Frequency characteristics are 8Hz to 100KHz. Plays digital sound sources with a sampling frequency of 192KHz without any loss.

Non-semiconductor volume using relay(pre-amplifier)

Volume control uses a PCB (printed circuit board) relay to switch fixed resistors. A combination of 8 resistors allows 128 levels of volume control. The combination of resistors is done by computer. No semiconductor elements are used in the music signal transmission line. Furthermore, this unit allows you to adjust the volume and select the sound source using the remote control.

Low impedance tube buffer(pre-amplifier)

The output stage is equipped with a buffer circuit using a 12AU7 triode vacuum tube. Multiple power amplifiers, subwoofers, etc. Up to 10 devices with an input impedance of 47 kilohms can be connected.

Stereo/monaural selector(power amplifier)

If you need a large output, you can make it into a monaural amplifier by getting another one. You can switch between stereo 100w + 100w and monaural 200w with the stereo/monaural switch on the rear panel.

Made in Japan(pre & Power amplifier)

For example, the original print board designed in us is made in a cooperation factory of Ogaki-shi.
"Toyota LEXUS" and "super express Shinkansen train" produces the printed circuit boards in this factory.
